GRAVES COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

A family of three is hospitalized after a horse and buggy crash in Graves County, KY.

According to Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon, it happened Wednesday at 4:19 p.m.

It occurred on KY 339 at the Purchase Parkway in the community of Wingo.

Sheriff Redmon says the horse and buggy was hit by a passenger car.

Daniel Clapp, 27, was traveling west on 339 when he stated he topped a hill and observed a horse and buggy traveling in the same direction.
