First Alert Forecast shows jacket weather today

Make sure you grab the jacket on the way out the door this morning. You can expect a clear, but frosty start to your Monday. By the afternoon, the sun will shine, and it'll be warmer than yesterday. Highs are expected to reach the low to mid 50s. Here's your FIRST ALERT: There is a chance for rain on Black Friday morning.

Making Headlines:

Behind bars: An officer with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, who has only been on the force for a month, was shot Sunday night in North St. Louis. The officer is expected to be okay. The suspect is in custody this morning.

Under investigation: The Cape Girardeau Fire Department is looking for answers after Celebrations Restaurant and Bar caught fire on Sunday. The building was unoccupied when firefighters found smoke and fire throughout the place. 

Chaos erupts: At least 16 people were wounded when a block party in New Orleans turned violent Sunday evening. Hundreds of people were gathered when gunfire erupted at a park in the city's 9th Ward.

At large: Police in Belgium detained 16 people in 22 raids across the area. However, Paris fugitive Salah Abdeslam was not among them.
