FIRST ALERT: Grab the umbrella, rain is here to stay today

Weather Outlook:

FIRST ALERT- The rain is here, and will likely stick around for a few days. It will be cool most of the day, with temperatures slowly rising from the 40s to the 50s, with light rain on and off. The heavy rain starts tonight. The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Watch from late tonight through Wednesday.

Making Headlines:

Paris, the latest: France launched "massive" air strikes on Syria Sunday night, as investigators continue to identify the bombers suspected of being involved in the attacks. We will have a live report from Paris this morning.

Under investigation: A homicide investigation is under way after one person was killed in an overnight shooting in Cape Girardeau on Sunday. The Major Case Squad has been activated in hopes of locating the shooter.

Shuffle: CBS is changing which episodes of Supergirl and NCIS: Los Angeles will air Monday night in the wake of the terror attacks in Paris. Both shows were scheduled to run episodes with underlying terrorism plots.
