At least 140 dead in Paris, all attackers believed dead

The Associated Press in France is reporting around 100 people were killed in a Paris concert hall.

According to the AP, a hostage situation at the Bataclan theater ended after police stormed the building. There were at least 100 hostages there and two attackers killed.

The AP reports that according to the Head of Paris police, all of the attackers are believed dead.

The AP also reports French President Francois Hollande will declare a state of emergency and close French borders.
