Watch out: Authorities across the Heartland are investigating after multiple reports about cloned debit cards being used to make unauthorized purchases. According to Johnson County investigators, residents say they've had their debit card information used at various Walmart stores.

Payout delay: Illinois Lottery ticket sales have plummeted since officials announced delaying payouts over $600. It all stems from the state budget impasse.
