STODDARD COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash on eastbound Highway 60 on Monday evening, Nov. 9.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened about 5 miles west of Dexter.

They say a 2007 Peterbilt cotton module truck, driven by 64-year-old David L. Miller, of Essex, was turning east on to U.S. 60 from County Road 647.

According to the highway patrol, Miller's taillights were inoperable and a 2014 GMC Yukon, driven by 37-year-old Aaron K. Menley, of Dexter, hit the truck from behind.

Menley was seriously injured and airlifted to a Cape Girardeau hospital.
