SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A Kelso, Missouri man is facing domestic violence and weapon charges.

Bradley A. Miller, 50, was charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor third degree domestic assault.

According to Sheriff Rick Walter, on Sunday, Nov. 1, deputies responded to the 300 block of Arlington for a report of a domestic disturbance in progress.

Deputies say they found the victim, Miller's brother, who said he had been in an argument earlier with Miller at their mother's home. He said he left, but returned after his mother called him and asked him to come back because she was scared of Miller.

The victim said when he returned, Miller pulled into the driveway in his vehicle.

Miller alleged got out of his vehicle and had a gun. He alleged threatened the victim and allegedly pointed the gun at him.

Miller then allegedly chased the victim and his mother around a vehicle while still pointing the gun at them.

Sheriff Walter said Miller's other brother arrived and talked to Miller.

Miller allegedly broke the gun by hitting a pole with it. He then began walking away, but both brothers grabbed him and held him until officers arrived.

Miller was arrested and taken to the Scott County Jail. His bond was set by the court at $5,000 cash or surety and no contact with the victim.
