Public's help sought in finding Doe Run robbery suspect

DOE RUN, MO (KFVS) -

Officials in Doe Run, Missouri are investigating an alleged robbery at a Dollar General store.

At around 9:37 a.m. on Thursday, a man entered the Dollar General and lingered for several minutes.

Just before 10 a.m., the suspect approached the register clerk, displayed a pistol and demanded cash.

The suspect ran away after advising the clerk to wait five minutes before calling police.

He was described as a white male, about 5’9” - 5’11” tall, weighing between 160 and 180 pounds, dressed in a gray hoodie, long sleeve flannel shirt, jeans and work boots.
