Head-on crash injures three women

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

An early morning crash in Washington County, Mo. sends three people to the hospital.

The crash happened on Steam Engine Road east of Buford Bottom Road around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Dena L. Hadley, of Bismarck, was driving in a minivan that crossed the center line and hit a car head-on.

The driver of the car, Andrea D. Fee and her passenger, Lori A. Grubbs, both of Farmington, were taken by ambulance to St. Anthony's Medical Center.

Grubbs reportedly suffered serious injuries and Fee is being treated for moderate injuries.

Hadley was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis with serious injuries.

Troopers report that none of the women involved in the crash were wearing a seat belt.

    According to Dunklin County Sheriff's Department dispatchers two men are believed to have robbed a pharmacy in Steele, Missouri.
