STRONG EARTHQUAKE: A least 43 people have been killed in a 7.5 magnitude earthquake in northern Afghanistan.

MISSING MAN: Paducah police are looking for 59-year-old Kenneth Charles Bryant. Police issued an alert late Sunday night.

DUI CRASH KILLS TEEN: The Franklin County sheriff says speed and alcohol were factors in a deadly crash involving four teens over the weekend. A 17-year-old boy was killed in the crash when an F-250 pick-up truck ran a stop sign and barreled into a modular home in Benton, Ill.

TEACHER CHARGED WITH RAPE: A staff member of the Naylor School District is facing formal charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a student.

DEADLY OSU CRASH: No one will know whether there were drugs in Adacia Chamber's system until her blood test results come back, but her lawyer is convinced his client suffers from a mental illness, and that she had been displaying warning signs. Chambers has been charged with murder after crashing her car into a crowd Saturday at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade killing four people.
