Carbondale police seeking public's help in burglary investigation

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) -

Police in Carbondale are seeking the public's help in connection to a burglary in Carbondale on Wednesday.

The City of Carbondale Police Department says they responded to a home in the 300 block of West Oak Street on Wednesday in reference to a burglary in progress.

Officers learned that at around 1:05 a.m., the suspect reportedly entered the unlocked home and stole property.

The investigation into this incident is continuing.
