CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Two Southeast Missouri State university basketball players will not be joining the team this upcoming season.
According to the university's athletics website, forwards Clyde Santee and Xavion Dillon will not play in the 2015-16 season.
Santee, who spent two years at Massachusetts and one at Odessa College before coming to Southeast, did not meet NCAA transfer and eligibility guidelines.
Dillon decided to move home due to personal reasons.
He had initially signed with Southeast on Nov. 13, 2014 after spending two years at Southwest Mississippi Community College.
"We fully understand and support Xavion's decision to return home and wish him the best in his future endeavors," said head coach Rick Ray.
