2.2M earthquake reported near Lilbourn, MO

SOUTHEAST MISSOURI (KFVS) -

A 2.2-magnitude earthquake rumbled parts of southeast Missouri around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

The quake was reportedly centered 3 miles southwest of Lilbourn, Mo. and 22 miles south of Sikeston.

Preliminary reports by CERI at the University of Memphis measures the quake at 2.2 magnitude.
