PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) -

The Kentucky State Police is asking for help in finding a suspect that knowingly exploited a person who was mentally disabled.

On June 29, 2015, a disabled man was reportedly picked up in Paducah by three men and two women, and was taken to a store in Paducah and Mayfield where he went inside with one of the women.

The woman had the victim set up multiple accounts in his name and buy multiple iPhones.

Police say the victim didn’t realize what the suspects were doing, due to his mental disability.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect can contact the Kentucky State Police at 270-856-3721 or toll free in KY at-1-800-222-5555 or by texting a tip at 67283.

All tips will remain anonymous.
