Pope Francis arrived at Ground Zero Friday morning to participate in a multi-religious service at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, World Trade Center.

Earlier, he gave a speech to the General Assembly that touched on the need for peace and the plight of refugees, among other topics.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 (Central Time)

7:30  a.m. Visit to the United Nations and Address to the United Nations General Assembly

10:30 a.m. Multi-religious service at 9/11 Memorial and Museum, World Trade Center 

3  p.m.  Visit to Our Lady Queen of Angels School, East Harlem

4  p.m.   Procession through Central Park (time approximate)

5  p.m.  Mass at Madison Square Garden
