This week in music: 1990

(KFVS) -

Let's turn back the clock and check the music scene from 25 years ago.

Billboard magazine had these songs at the top of the Hot 100 this week in 1990.

At number five was "Unskinny Bop," the lead-off single from Poison's album Flesh and Blood.

Holding down the number four spot was M.C. Hammer with "Have You Seen Her."

Bel Biv Devoe was at number 3 with "Do Me!"

At number 2 was a song from the movie "Young Guns 2." "Blaze of Glory" was Jon Bon Jovi's biggest hit as a solo artist.

And in the top spot was "Release Me" by Wilson Phillips. The song spent two weeks at number one and was the second of the group's three chart toppers, sandwiched between "Hold On" and "You're In Love."

That's this morning's music memory from this week in 1990.
