She's the face behind the music. You may not recognize her but you've likely heard her songs. She's written some of the biggest hits of the last 30 years.
They include "Un-Break My Heart" by Toni Braxton, "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" by Starship, "How Do I Live" by Leann Rimes, "Blame it on the Rain" by Millie Vanilli, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" by Aerosmith. The list goes on an on. Her name is Diane Warren and she's celebrating her 59th birthday today.

Also on the birthday list is a singer/songwriter who was the front-woman for the new wave band the Pretenders. Her hits include "Brass in Pocket," "Don't Get Me Wrong" and "Back on the Chain Gang." Chrissie Hynde is 64 today. Here's a did you know fact concerning the Pretenders. The b-side of their single "Brass in Pocket" was a song called "My City Was Gone." That's the theme song of the Rush Limbaugh Show.

She's the voice behind TV's Marge Simpson. Julie Kavner is 65 today.

She's a singer who's biggest hit was the 1979 disco classic "I Will Survive." Gloria Gaynor is 66 today.
