PERRY COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A Perryville man faces more than two dozen criminal charges in connection with a series of burglaries in Perry County.

Perry County deputies arrested Steven A. Wade, Jr., 26, on Wednesday.

Wade is accused of stealing numerous items, including guns and an ATV over the past month.

"A lot of the stolen items have been recovered," Perry County Sheriff Garry Schaaf said. "In fact, some of the items recovered haven't even bee reported stolen yet, although he showed deputies where he took them from, and we are attempting to make contact with the owners."

Schaaf says Wade is also responsible for a recent burglary and theft in Bollinger County and has a parole warrant issued for him, since he was on parole from the Missouri Department of Corrections.
