MORLEY, MO (KFVS) -

Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter announced Wednesday that a Morley, Mo. man has been arrested for drug charges.

Keith S. Lynch, 39, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

The bag contained a white powdery substance, which Lynch admitted was methamphetamine.

Lynch was arrested and taken to the Scott County Jail.

On the way there, he admitted to having a methamphetamine pipe hidden in the waistband of his pants.

The pipe was located and seized at the jail.

Bond was set by the court at $10,000 cash or surety.
