An 18-year-old male is facing a drug charge after he was busted by the Trigg County sheriff.
Sheriff Ray Burnam said he received a tip about drug activity going on after school at a pavilion off of East Noel Drive in Cadiz.
Sheriff Burnam reportedly hid behind a tree and waited to see if anything would happen.
A short time later, Burnam said the 18-year-old and his young brother showed up at the pavilion.
The 18-year-old had marijuana with him.
Then, a van load of teenagers arrived at the pavilion.
Deputies proceeded to call the parents of all of the teens to have them picked up. The teenagers were told not to come back to the property.
The 18-year-old who reportedly had marijuana faces a charge of drug possession.
