General Mills recalls 10-oz. pkgs. of green beans

General Mills has recalled a limited quantity frozen Cascadian farm cut green beans due to a threat of Listeria.

The green beans were produced over two days in March 2014.

The recall is being issues as a precaution after a package tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.

The recall includes 10-ounce bags of frozen Cascadian Farm Cut Green Beans. The packages have "Better If Used By" dates on the package of "10APR2016" or "11APR2016." They were produced in 2014.

No other varieties of Cascadian Farm products are affected by this recall.

If you have the recalled green beans, throw them away. Consumers who have products covered by this recall may contact Cascadian Farm Consumer Relations at 1-800-624-4123 for a replacement.
