DYERSBURG, TN (KFVS) -

Dyersburg officials say a man who was indicted for first degree murder earlier this week has been located and is in police custody.

Captain Mark Moody of the Dyersburg Police Department says Jashaun Baker, 19, was located by U.S. Marshals in Jackson, Tennessee.

Baker is among three men who were indicted for first degree murder stemming from a case the Dyersburg Police Department investigated on December 25, 2013.

On that date, officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Peabody Street in reference to a person being shot.

The victim was identified as Quincy Terry, 34, of Dyersburg.

He was taken from the scene by ambulance and pronounced dead at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

Investigators at the scene were able to develop three suspects in the shooting of Terry.

At the time of the shooting the trio were identified as Trevien Reed, 21, Davanti White, 21, and Baker.

A series of investigations and interviews have been conducted since the shooting, and all three suspects were indicted by a Dyer County Grand Jury of first degree murder charges in the case.

Reed and White were already in custody on unrelated charges at the time of indictment.

Baker was still at large at the time of the indictment, and was being sought on the charges.

He was taken to the Dyer County Jail in Dyersburg.
