First Alert Weather Outlook:

Today will be a perfect umbrella day, from the time you get up until the time you go to bed. Brian’s First Alert Forecast says it will be a wet and at times stormy day, with showers and thunderstorms likely throughout the Heartland. Keep the KFVS12 weather app handy in case any of those storms turn severe.

Behind bars: Three people were arrested in Marshall County, Kentucky after deputies served an active warrant. Kentucky State Police report its investigation led officers to two meth labs in Hardin.

Deadly landslide: A landslide described as a sea of logs, mud and debris is believed to have trapped the three people who were missing from Alaska. Authorities say the three men are presumed dead.

Female sex pill: The Food and Drug Administration approved the first prescription drug designed to boost sexual desire in women. But the drug comes with serious safety precautions.

What's trending:

Relationship ended: Don't expect to see Jared representing Subway any longer. The man who shed more than 200 pounds as a college student, in part by eating the chain's sandwiches, is now facing child-pornography charges.
