Hot and humid today, First Alert Forecast shows possible storms later

First Alert Weather Outlook:

A quiet, but muggy morning will turn in to a hot and humid Tuesday. You'll want to grab that umbrella before you head off to work or put the kiddos on the bus. There's a slight chance of pop up storms in southeast Missouri. Brian’s First Alert Forecast shows a cold front is on its way for Wednesday, meaning an even grater chance for wet weather.

Making Headlines:

Headed to court: The man known for playing the role of Santa Clause at the Iron Mountain Railway in Jackson, Mo. is scheduled for a preliminary hearing today. He faces several charges including first degree statutory rape, for having sex with a person under the age of 14, and first degree statutory sodomy.

Suspect on the lose: The McCracken County Sheriff's Department needs the public's help to find a suspect in an armed robbery. The sheriff's department is looking for 35-year-old Randall Curry, who is considered armed and dangerous.

Worst attack in historyAt least 22 people are dead after a bombing in Thailand. Thailand's prime minister said authorities had seen "some suspects" in security-camera footage and promised to track down those responsible.
