Shaeffer and another a witness to the accident told police Colley had been intoxicated when he crashed the ATV.

Kentucky State Troopers found Colley at a home just inside Calloway County, and took him to a the hospital for minor injuries.

After a Graves County Deputy spoke with Mr Colley at the hospital and placed him under arrest on the preliminary charges of 2nd degree DUI & Leaving the Scene of an accident.
