Morley, MO woman accused of cutting, trying to stab man

SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A Morley, Missouri woman is accused of domestic assault and armed criminal action.

Rachel J. Sisco, 30, was charged with domestic assault in the second degree and felony armed criminal action.

According to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter, on Monday, Aug. 10, deputies responded to a domestic assault on Harding Street in Morley. They said the victim lives with Sisco and said she started an argument with him and told him to leave the home.

Sisco then allegedly grabbed a knife from the kitchen and began swinging it at the victim. She allegedly cut his arm three times. He said she tried to stab him, but he was able to push her away.

Sheriff Walter said relatives arrived at the home and were able to take the knife away from Sisco.

Deputies then found her and arrested her.

She was taken to the Scott County Jail. Her bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety and is to have no contact with the victim.
