Free diabetes, kidney screenings in southern IL

SOUTHERN ILLINOIS (KVFS) -

One in 3 Americans are at risk for kidney disease, and the Kidney Foundation of Illinois is offering a free clinic so you can find out if you are one of those Americans.

The Healthy Southern Illinois Delta Network and Diabetes Today Resource Team are helping out.

The organizations are offering free screenings from Tuesday, August 11 to Friday, August 14. The Kidney Mobile will be offering the tests at these locations from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

  • Tuesday, August 11 at the Perry County Health Department in Pinckneyville, IL
  • Wednesday, August 12 at the First Baptist Church in Anna, IL
  • Thursday, August 13 at the First United Methodist Church in Harrisburg, IL
  • Friday, August 14 at The HUB Recreation Center in Marion, IL
