A Mayfield woman faces multiple charges after Graves County authorities say she was driving under the influence on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
Fifty-two-year-old Barbara C. Maricle is accused of driving under the influence, having open alcohol in her vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and reckless driving.
Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon said his deputy noticed Maricle's vehicle traveling south on Route 45 just south of the McCracken County line.
That deputy reports Maricle was swerving and crossing the center line.
The deputy pulled Maricle over, performed some field sobriety tests on her, then took her into custody.
He reportedly found open alcohol in Maricle's car and a knife concealed in her purse.
That deputy took Maricle to the Graves County Jail.
