3 arrested in McCracken Co. after deputies search home

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

Three people in McCracken County, Kentucky were arrested after officers executed a search warrant on Friday morning.

Ricky Tynes, Jr., 34, of Paducah, was charged with first degree trafficking - methamphetamine second offense, possession of a first degree controlled substance - heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brittney F. Huff, 24, of Paducah, was charged with possession of a first degree substance - methamphetamine, possession of a first degree controlled substance - heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle W. Bouland, 29, of Providence, was charged with public intoxication (excludes alcohol) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, on July 31 detectives executed a search warrant at 10:07 a.m. in the 6000 block of Carl E. Drive.

Deputies say they found Bouland outside of the home getting into a vehicle. He was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of drugs. Deputies say they also found a used syringe in the vehicle he was driving.

Detectives found Tynes and Huff, both residents of the home on Carl E. Drive, inside.

During a search of the home, detectives say they found and seized numerous loaded syringes that contained heroin, digital scales, smoking pipes and more than 14 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

Deputies say the seized meth had an estimated street value of $1,400.

Tynes and Huff were also arrested.

Deputies say Tynes was on felony parole at the time of his arrest for a prior conviction for trafficking in a controlled substance.

Tynes, Huff and Bouland were taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.

The McCracken County Sheriff's department was assisted by detectives with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department.
