Man wanted on murder charge in Pemiscot Co. turns himself in

PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

A man wanted in connection to a deadly shooting in Pemiscot County turned himself in to authorities.

Ratio Frederick Armour, 26, of Steele turned himself in to the Pemiscot County Sheriff’s Office Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

He appeared in Pemiscot County Circuit Court Thursday morning and was arraigned on murder 1st degree and armed criminal action charges.

Armour is suspected in the death of Larry Turner, 30, of Hayti.

Turner's body was found on the ground in front of a trailer west of Holland on July 3. 

A warrant was issued on July 10 for Armour.

He requested a change of judge at his arraignment on July 30. Armour's next court date was not set at that time.

He was being held in the Pemiscot County Jail with no bond.
