Let's turn back the clock to the golden age of rock 'n roll.

That would be the 1950's and Billboard Magazine had these songs at the the top of the charts this week in 1959.

At number five Elvis Presley with "A Big Hung O' Love." A song the king recorded during his two years of service in the army.

At number five was a huge country crossover hit which poked fun at Adam and Eve and Napoleon Bonaparte. Stonewall Jackson's "Waterloo."

Sixteen year old teen idol Fabian held down the number three spot with "Tiger."

Another country crossover hit was at number two. In fact a Billboard survey ranks it as the biggest country hit of all time. Johnny Horton's version of "The Battle of New Orleans."

In the top spot was Paul Anka and "Lonely Boy", a song he performed in his movie "Girls Town."
