Let's turn back the clock to 1992.

Rioting and looting break out in Los Angeles after four police officers are acquitted in the Rodney King verdict.

After a summer of campaigning, Bill Clinton is elected President.

And these were the songs people were hearing on the radio this week 23 years ago.

Billboard Magazine's Hot 100 had John Secada at number five with "Just Another Day."

At number four was a song that was also being played on both pop and country radio stations. The signature hit for Billy Ray Cyrus, "Achy Breaky Heart."

TLC was in the number three slot with "Baby Baby Baby."

Checking in at number two was Madonna with "This Used to be My Playground," the theme song from the movie "A League of The Own."

At number one a song which caused quite a controversy due to its reference to a body part. Sir Mix-a-Lot's "Baby Got Back" spent five weeks at the top of the charts.
