KSP: Car crash kills 2, results in murder charges

KENTUCKY (KFVS) -

A Webster County man is being charged with murder after a car crash on KY 132 near Sebree, Ky. on Sunday.

Kentucky State Police report Christopher Duncan, 43 was driving westbound in the eastbound lane when he ran into a motorcycle on a curve.

Duncan reportedly hit the motorcycle head-on, ejecting both the driver, Johnathan Gray, 24, and the passenger, Paula Hamilton, 26.

Both people riding on the motorcycle died at the scene of the crash and investigations showed neither were wearing a helmet.

KSP report Duncan was charged with DUI in the 1st offense and 2 counts of murder. He is being held at the Webster County Jail.
