A missing 12-year-old girl has been found in the company of a 42-year-old man in Johnson County, Ill.

Francis Hayes, 12, is from Saline County. She was found with David Sheppard, 42, Friday afternoon, according to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.

Hayes' cell phone was last pinged in the New Burnside area of Johnson County Friday morning.

The two may have possibly been spotted on the bike trail approximately 8-9 miles north of Vienna heading toward Vienna.
