No foul play suspected at business fire in north Murphysboro

MURPHYSBORO, IL (KFVS) -

A fire at a heating and air conditioning business in Murphysboro is still under investigation.

According to the fire department, no foul play is suspected and they currently do not know what caused the fire.

The fire at Craine Heating and Air Conditioning at 1344 N. 7th Street started around 10:50 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Murphysboro Police Department. This is on the north side of Murphysboro.

The fire started in a storage area of the business.

Crews were on the scene for five hours.

The Murphsyboro Fire Department, Carbondale Fire Department and MPS Fire responded to the scene.
