4 charged with marijuana related crimes in Sharon, TN

SHARON, TN (KFVS) -

Four people were charged with marijuana related crimes in Sharon, Tenn.

On Tuesday, July 14 Weakley County Sheriff's deputies searched 5433 old Highway 45t. They discovered marijuana plants, packaged marijuana for resale, and various drug paraphernalia. Deputies also charged the four suspects at this home.

Kolby Harrison McCord, 19, of Sharon was charged with possession of schedule 6 marijuana with the intention to resale.

Dakota Austin White, 19, of Sharon was charged with manufacture of schedule 6 marijuana.

Morgan D. Eskew, 19, of Sharon was charged with simple possession of schedule 6 marijuana.

Dukhi Sulaiman Dukhi Aljuraysi, 26, of Sharon was also charged with simple possession of schedule 6 marijuana.

Their bond had not been set as of Tuesday afternoon, July 14.

    Illinois State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-64 in Jefferson County, Ill. on Aug. 13. According to ISP, Rita Humphrey, 62, of Paducah, Ky. was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-64. Humphrey continued until she hit a vehicle driven by Warren Wildman, 81, of Shoals, Ind. hitting the driver's front corner of the vehicle. Humphrey came to rest on the inside guardrail and Wildman hit the outside guardrail, coming to a rest in the right lane. Download the KFVS...

    A new species of tick is spreading in the U.S. and has now been found in seven states, including a part of Arkansas. The long-horned tick is an arthropod native to Asia, but if the bug spreads to other parts of the Heartland it could cause trouble for cattle farmers.
