Break-in at sheriff's department under investigation

FULTON COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

It’s not very often that anyone tries to break in to a sheriff’s department, but that’s exactly what happened in Fulton County.

According to the Kentucky State Police, troopers were called to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department just before 2:00 Sunday afternoon.

Detectives from KSP are actively investigating.

Anyone with information can contact KSP at 270-856-3721 or toll free in KY at-1-800-222-5555 or by texting a tip at 67283 and remain anonymous.
