KY man hospitalized after crashing car into tree

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY (KFVS) -

A man from Graves County was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries sustained when he crashed his car into a tree.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department received a report of single vehicle accident in the 7600 block of Clinton Road on July 4, at approximately 3:38 a.m.

Investigation revealed that James Farmer, 22, of Boaz, was operating a 1999 Ford Mustang Southbound on Clinton Road when he swerved to miss a deer in the roadway.

Farmers’ vehicle left the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.  

Farmer was transported by private vehicle to a local hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department was assisted on scene by Randy’s Wrecker Service.
