Weather Outlook:

Some parts of the Heartland got a lot of rain overnight, up to 3 ½ inches in places. We may see more rain today as well, so be aware of areas that might flood around you and avoid them. Other than that, Brian says it will be a pretty nice day,since temperatures have fallen. Brian will have your full First Alert Forecast on the Breakfast Show. 

Making Headlines:

Search for suspect: Police are investigating after a Kennett business owner was shot during an armed robbery. Two suspects are in custody and the Kennett Police Department is searching for a third.

Reward for information: Authorities are looking for a second eye witness to the shooting of a Cape Girardeau woman on Monday. They are also offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Evacuation in Tennessee: At least one train car carrying a flammable and toxic gas has derailed and caught fire in eastern Tennessee, prompting an evacuation within a 1-mile radius.

Embracing gay rights: Episcopalians voted overwhelmingly Wednesday to allow religious weddings for same-sex couples.
