EAST PRAIRIE, MO (KFVS) - The East Prairie Chamber of Commerce has announced the 41st Annual Sweet Corn Festival on June 26 & 27, located on Main Street in downtown East Prairie, Mo.

The festival kicks off with the Main Street Party on Friday, June 26 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

This year's theme is "Meet me on Main Street" with live music.

There will be street dancing and a craft show.

On Saturday, June 27, the mass start of the Tour De Corn Bike Ride starts at 7:30 a.m.

Saturday's theme is "Keep Calm and Shuck on."

There will be a craft show from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and live music with Riley Shane from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

This free festival will feature a corn eating contest, corn hole, corn tossing contest, and an out house race with cash prizes.

There will also be pig races, pony rides, ride in an old fashion horse drawn covered wagon, and starting at 10 am, a Car Show on Main Street.

At 6 p.m. at the high school, there is a Putting on the Hits and talent show with more cash prizes available.
