STODDARD COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - According to court documents, a Carraway, Ar. man is facing sodomy and sexual abuse charges.

Court documents show Lloyd Eric Anderson, 34, was arrested after a 17-year-old female told police she woke up with Anderson performing oral sex and using his hands in her vagina. She said it happened at a home on Elk Street in Dexter.

The victim, a witness and Anderson all told police the 17-year-old was highly intoxicated.

Police reports show the victim reported several other people were also drinking and intoxicated, including Anderson.

After a police report was filed, a safe exam taken on June 14, showed evidence consistent with reports of digital penetration.

Anderson told police that the victim asked him for sex and was hanging all over him.

When asked about sexual contact, Anderson initially told police he could not remember.

Anderson reports he did not force the victim into sexual intercourse.

Witnesses tell police there was no flirting or any sexual contact between the victim and Anderson that night.

During a second interview, police report Anderson told them the victim woke up and said she wanted to have sex.

Anderson went on to tell police that the victim put his hands down her pants on her private area.

Court documents show Anderson admitted to performing oral sex and using his finger inside the victim, but there was no force and the sexual contact was consensual.

Anderson is being held in the Stoddard County Jail. He's being held without bond because investigators believe he is a flight risk and a danger to the community.

He is expected to appear in court for arraignment on Thursday.
