CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - People who live in one Cape Girardeau subdivision say the city needs to fix their street, but the city said they already offered and were turned down.
Residents in the 3000 block of Minuteman Way in the northern part of town say the streets are starting to crumble - and it's not just surface damage.
People who live there say the streets are buckling.
City Manager Scott Meyer says he is aware of the problems and the city offered to treat the street surface last year.
The homeowners association and city leaders are set to meet and discuss repairs to the road later this month.
