Hutsen Cade got the birthday surprise of his dreams on Saturday in East Prairie, Missouri. He received a huge truck play set.

Hutsen is celebrating his seventh birthday on Saturday.

It was a much deserved celebration after he endured a number chemotherapy treatments at St. Jude's Hospital the past few years.

Hutsen for years battled a Wilm's Tumor. The tumor was found in his kidney in 2010. Other tumors were found in his lungs.

He had his kidney removed and chemotherapy eliminated the tumors in his lungs.

"If you look at him today, you can't even tell he had any problems," says his mother Victoria Cade.

Make-A-Wish learned of Hutsen's condition and helped make his dream a reality.

Hutsen chose a play set because of his love for trucks and wanted a something big enough for all three of his siblings to play on.

In 2012, the plans were set for the building of his playground. However, construction was stalled.

With Hutsen anxiously waiting, the play set started new life in 2013. Apex Restoration & Construction volunteered their time to build the playground.

They traveled from St. Louis down to East Prairie a number of times and helped build the play set of Hutsen's dreams. A play set large enough for the whole family to enjoy.

As Apex Construction workers unveiled the new play set, family and friends were immediately amazed.

Children including Hutsen immediately ran up and started playing on it and making an instant memory for everyone.
