Eldorado man accused of stabbing, killing pregnant woman, unborn child

ELDORADO, IL (KFVS) - An Eldorado man faces murder charges after police say he stabbed a pregnant woman killing her and her unborn child.

Rodney Eugene Black, 56, of Eldorado faces three murder charges and three intentional homicide of an unborn child charges.

Police say Black stabbed a woman to death on April 17, killing her and her an unborn child.

According to court records, Black stabbed Latisha Reidelberger multiple times with a knife.

Records show Black knew Reidelberger was pregnant and had intent to cause harm to her or her unborn child.

Black was taken to the Saline County Jail.
