SES holds 3rd Annual "Sweethearts of the Saddle" Gala Benefit Event

(KFVS) - The non-profit organization Specialized Equine Services and Therapeutic Riding (SES), in conjunction with Giant City Stables and hosted by Darlene Lutchka, M.D. and Aaron Workman, M.D., will hold the 3rd Annual "Sweethearts of the Saddle" Gala Benefit.

It'll be held on May 2.

This $100 per guest event includes fine dining, live race viewing, "best dressed" contests, and live and silent auctions with live music entertainment throughout the evening.

All proceeds from the event will benefit SES's therapeutic riding program.

"Whether it's a five-year-old with Down syndrome, a 45-year-old recovering from a spinal cord injury, a senior citizen recovering from a stroke or a teenager struggling with depression, research shows that individuals of all ages who participate in equine-assisted activities can experience physical and emotional rewards," according to the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International organization.

Seating for this special event is limited, so call 618-529-4110 to make your reservation.
