Carbondale man sentenced for selling crack cocaine

CARBONDALE, IL (KFVS) - A Carbondale man was sentenced to four years on a drug charge.

Pulaski Graham, 51, of Carbondale was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for delivery of a controlled substance which took place January 17, 2014 in Carbondale.

Graham, originally from Tennessee, was captured on audio and video recording selling crack cocaine to a confidential source working with the Carbondale Police Department Drug Task Force, according to Jackson County State's Attorney Michael C. Carr.

The defendant will serve this sentence as a day-for-day sentence. That means he will be eligible to get one day off of his sentence for each day he completes in prison without incident. He will receive credit for 318 days times served on this sentence. 

After he is released, he'll serve two years mandatory supervised release.
