2 indicted in burglary of Jonesboro business

UNION COUNTY, IL (KFVS) - The Union County Grand Jury has indicted two Illinois men in connection with the burglary of a Jonesboro business. 

Union County State's Attorney Tyler Edmonds says 27-year-old Floyd Burton of Jonesboro and 22-year-old Stephen Bean of Anna have each been indicted on charges of felony burglary, felony criminal damage to property and theft. 

Burton and Bean were arrested after a Jonesboro police investigation of a burglary at the Jonesboro One Stop in the early morning hours of Saturday, Jan. 31.

The Union County Sheriff's Office and Illinois State Police Crime Scene helped with the investigation. 

Both men are being held in the Jackson County Jail. Burton has a $50,000 bond and Bean is being held on a $20,000 bond.
