HARRISBURG, IL (KFVS) - The family of Kyle Brown, the missing Harrisburg teen, held a candlelight vigil for his safe return on Friday night, January 23.

Family members and friends of Kyle Brown met at the Bonan Business Center.

Kyle's mom, Tina Brown, said her son has been missing since he left their home on December 28.

Prior to him leaving, she said her son was showing signs of mental illness.

Brown is listed as a missing person on the national system.

The listing notes that he lost his wallet and IDs the week before going missing, and the make, model and year of the vehicle.

Brown was last seen in a lightweight, long sleeve gray shirt, jeans and house shoes.

Family believes he left Harrisburg driving a black 2001 Honda CRV
