SO: 8 faces various charges in Perry County MO

PERRY COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -

The Perryville Sheriff's Office reports a number of people were taken into custody on various charges after the new year.

Those facing charges include: 

  • Stephanie Colin, 30, of Perryville, Missouri for distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Richard Mackiewicz, 25, of Jackson Missouri for 2nd degree and stealing, $500 to $25,000.
  • Christopher Fields, 32, of Millersville Missouri, for unlawful use of a weapon, driving while revoked, exceeding posted speed limit (11 to 15 mph), and the infraction of displayed license plates of another person.
  • Michael Lee, 23, of Perryville, Missouri for distribution of marijuana and violation in non-designated conservation area.
  • Zachariah Loucks, 18, of Frohna, Missouri for distribution of marijuana.
  • Christopher A. Mackiewicz, 23, of Jackson Missouri for possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended, burglary 2nd degree (2 counts), and stealing $500 to $25,000
  • Terrance Cotton, 22, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri January 18, for burglary 2nd degree (2 counts), property damage 1st degree and stealing less than $500.
  • Brian Lowry, 21, of St. Mary, Missouri, for unlawful use of a weapon, peace disturbance and receiving stolen property.
