Puxico teen electrocuted after crash late Friday night
STODDARD COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -
A Puxico teenager was electrocuted Friday night after a crash in Stoddard County, according to Corporal Clark Parrott with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Just before midnight on Friday, 19-year-old Marcus Lauder hit a utility pole near Highway 51 and Highway T in Stoddard County.
Parrott says Lauder was electrocuted and died at the scene.
Dale Sifford with the Morgan Sifford Funeral home says the visitation for Lauder will be Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 5 p.m. at the Arnold Ryan Gymnasium at Puxico High School. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22 at the Puxico City Cemetery.
Morgan says the public is welcome at all services.
